Screw Conveyors

Screw Conveyors are used to transport, for example, screenings or dewatered sludge. The length and mounting angle of the conveyor are determined according to the application and requirements of the customer. The screw diameter and motor power are determined according to the required transmission capacity.

The screw conveyor consists of an inlet connection implanted in a trough-like frame, through which the solid material to be transported is dispensed to the screw. The material travels in the conveyor tray to the outlet connection, through which it is unloaded, for example, on a transfer pallet or in its own waste container.

If necessary, the device can also be equipped with inspection hatches, through which possible blockages can be removed.
