Drum Screen

Solid Water drum screen can remove sewage sludges, long fibers and grease as well as a reasonable amount of grit.

Incoming sewage is led to the unit through an inlet connection. The drum retains all the particles larger than the diameter of the perforations. The solids inside the drum are conveyed through perforated drum to the outlet and they fall into the collection container. The screened sewage is returned through a discharge outlet to re-enter the process. The cleaning jets and brush inside the drum clean the sieve perforations.

The construction of the drum screen is closed, which makes placement easy and prevents foul odors and spills.
